Generally speaking, if Word says it has an account issue, it should be related to your Microsoft account and Office subscription. Anyway, can you please upload a screenshot to confirm the issue? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Basically it just means your Office subscription got issues (actually has been deactivated) and you need to activate again.

Please log on at office.com using your Microsoft account and check the subscription status. I guess you probably need to renew if you have been using current subscription for one year.
