I am paying monthly...

I am paying monthly for Microsoft office, but now for the second time it is showing up as unlicensed and I cannot use the programs that I am paying for. Also I have a bizarre blue Chrome something that will not go away or do anything. I need to get rid of that.

Technician's Assistant: What application are you using?

I am trying to use Word. But in late October Excel would not work while I was at a conference. This is the first time I have turned this laptop on since then. I would like to be able to rely on this laptop.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

Not that I can think of at this point.
