Hi, I'm having trouble...

Hi, I'm having trouble with Outlook 10, It getting stuck on synchronizing folders. What do I do, No email will come in or go out.

Technician's Assistant: Is your Outlook file saved to cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive?

Not that I know of. I never saved it to any of those. It just started happening this minute. I do have Dropbox installed, though
