Am having trouble with Microsoft account, now not recognizing g my userid, have changed passwords several times

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

A pdf document being send by a link that goes through the Microsoft account, have changed password ***** times, now it's saying doesn't recognize my optonline userid

Technician's Assistant: What Microsoft model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

I have windows 10, Microsoft office 365

Technician's Assistant: What application are you using?

Have no idea what that means

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Windows automatically installs updates, probably recently ...just renewed 365 couple of days ago
