Windows7 Dell and it is a desk top

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?

IOS 10 and it is Microsoft Office

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Microsoft? Have you installed any updates recently?

None in the last week

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I cannot think of anything except the fraud departments of 3 different banks will not let me use my credit cards, Yesterday I had to give one banks my banks routing number the account number and the check number.
