A scammer used MY...

A scammer used MY PERSONAL email address to send a request to my Corporate Treasurer @ NAIFS-Imperial to transfer funds. My email address is used as my user name for my Microsoft account and many other accounts. What can I do to prevent this from occurring????? Please advise.
