I have been trying for an hour all for nothing!!! All I am trying is find a way to locate the "Send" on a Microsoft email on my laptop programmed w/ Windows 7 Professional using Microsoft Office 2007

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Microsoft? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
