Hi There,
I'm experiencing an on going issue with my Outlook O365 email account for over a few months now. When I start Outlook I see the message "Something is wrong with one of your data files and Outlook needs to close. Outlook might be able to fix your file. Click OK to run the Inbox Repair Tool".
I tried the Inbox Repair Tool, which will seemingly solve the problem for a few minutes but then will receive the same error message as before. So the problem has persisted.
Troubleshooting efforts I've tried: I ran a "Repair" of Microsoft Office (the quick repair), created a new Outlook profile, then restarted the computer. When I first started Outlook I saw the same error message. I ran the inbox repair tool it prompted me to and it worked fine the rest of the day.
Next day, the message appeared again, the Inbox Repair Tool was ran but Outlook has stopped working. I'm just using my account on the browser at this point.

Thank you for the update. It appears that you have done quite a bit in order to troubleshoot and fix the problem. May I connect with you remotely to troubleshoot the issue directly? You have done all the low level troubleshooting steps already. I offered the remote session so that I can further troubleshoot the problem and fix the problem.
