Please try following :-

Press "Win" key and "R" together, type Outlook.exe /safe
Then press "Enter".
Note: there is a space between Outlook.exe and /safe

Log into your email webmail (using web browser) and check if any folders contain special character.

Make sure that none of the folders in webmail contain any special character such as these (# % & * : < > ? / \).If there is any such folder then rename it.
