I have Offic 2016 on my MAC. I cannot save a file to an existing folder, only to the ones displayed
JA: Have you tried a PRAM reset on your Mac (rebooting and holding down Command, Option, P, and R)? Or rebooting in Recovery Mode (holding down Command and R)?
Customer: No. Never had to do that before
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

Can I first clarify which product you are discussing here? Outlook or Excel for Mac? Or, you are actually talking about two questions?
