It appears this happened about the same time and about 3 weeks ago.I some cases it may be the same license of Office 365 on several PC's.Jerry

Thank you. I'm only concerned about the ones that have the same license, because those which have a different licenses and experiencing the same issue are experiencing a systemwide problem.

My initial answer is, yes, in most cases. Each license is like having a different stand alone software. If there are different users with different mailboxes but experiencing the same issue then this strongly suggests a systemwide issue. Having said that I must also say that I if a group of people following the same practice (e.g. turning their computer off without a proper exit) and experiencing the same issue this still could be a local issue. I need to get more information for proper troubleshooting, though.

Our email server is hosted remotely by Securance\US Internet.Securance reports no issues with other users.Jerry
