I am so upset...

I am so upset. This has been a nightmare for the last TWO HOURS now. My microsoft office 365 expired. I paid and Microsoft has received my debit of $107 for 12 months re up. I THINK I have now FINALLY gotten it downloaded, and maybe installed, but I cannot use it. I am under a time crunch and don't have all the time required to get this thing running. It is giving me a terrible time. PLEASE HELP
