Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working fine previously?

Does it let you open that Excel file?

Does it let you attach it?

Does this issue occur with a particular excel file? Or with all Excel files? How about with Word documents?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I can open file, but can't attach it. I have other Excel files that I can attach. I have three files with this Red Triangle with an Explanation mark

No Thanks just tell me what it is and how to fix it.

OK. Can you make a copy of that file to a new file, then see if you can attach it?

Sorry, can you create a new excel file, then copy and paste the whole content from the problematic excel file, then save and send the new excel file and check.

Please let me know. Thank you,

Are you using the Attach option / paperclip icon in your email?

Can you attach me the screenshot of red triangle?
