I work at an EMS company and our unit check off sheets are on excel as templates, then we save them as documents. The templates are reused daily. I need to capture signatures to verify our CDS narcotics when they do their checkoffs. I need to know how I can capture different signatures and they be verified

it depends on what kind of document (format type) you use at work? Such as Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word or anything else? Please advise.

Please check below link for a general practice on Excel for Windows on a general laptop or PC.http://smallbusiness.chron.com/put-signature-microsoft-excel-41061.htmlFor laptops support tourchscreen or even stylus you may simply Insert Ink to add a signature at anywhere of an Offie document. I have been using this or similar way for more than 10 years, very efficient. Please check below Microsoft KB for details.https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Draw-and-annotate-with-ink-in-Office-2016-c00b7319-2b50-4784-8114-47593d991c5c
