Hi,
After my 2nd response, an automatic "Premium Service" offer will be made. Please feel free to disregard it, we can revisit that type of service later if necessary.

I apologize, but I'm not understanding the question - could you provide more details about what it is you're trying to do?

Thanks,

Bob

I make an entry in a cell and click my mouse. it then goes to the next cell automatically. I would like it to stay in the same cell after making the entry.

Hi,

Did you actually want a remote assistance? I accidentally closed it.

Please let me know right away so I can get it back.

Thanks,

Bob

I apologize again, but I'm still having a hard time following what you're saying. You click the mouse - why do you click the mouse? Are you clicking the mouse in the other field? It's just not making sense to me. Could you provide more detailed information?

Hi,

I can work with you on this.

Such thing is not happening with me . It moves to next cell automatically when we press enter but when we use mouse then it should remain in that cell itself.

Would you like me to remotely connect to your computer and try to remove this problem ?
