Customer Question

I had purchased office 365 in june or july or around about. I lost it when my pc had to to have windows ten re-installed last moth. No one seems to know what happened to the pc, but I no longer have office 365 and other apps.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: THe computer is an HP, model
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: the computer is an HP notebook model 17-p120wm. like I stated above, the notebook failed (blue screen) and nothing I could do or the computer shop could do would repair it except to wipe the software or whatever and re-install win-10. I lost almost all of the factory settings and my sub to office 365 ( I purchased this pc at wal-Mart in Feb. this year
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The only other question I have is, would factory warranty cover this?
