Customer Question

I have a large list of data (19914 records) with the primary key being the one I want to use VLOOKUP. Call the variable FRUIT. The primary key occurs more than once. My lookup table has the primary key occurring just once. My formula is
=VLOOKUP(A2,$M$2:$X$158,5,FALSE)
I keep getting #N/A not available so I cant even get the first bit of lookup data.
I understand VLOOKUP will not work on multiple listing.
Help please

Could you please upload the spreadsheet or an example sheet so I can demonstrate you how to view data with "multiple listing"?

Okay, if you can't upload an example of your worksheet, just let you know your requirement can be addressed by Excel's Pivot Table feature. Please have a look at it and let me know if you can work it out yourself.
