I am trying to create a INDEX MATCH formula and I want it to

Customer Question

Hi I am trying to create a INDEX MATCH formula and I want it to return column 5 but it is returning column 1.
The formula is - {=INDEX('Dep Date'!A2:F46,MATCH(5,('Dep Date'!D2:D46=A125)*('Dep Date'!B2:B46=D125),5),0)}
What am I doing wrong?

Hi there. Can you either post a copy of the spreadsheet here so I can look at it, or you can click this link to do a secure upload to my dropbox. I'm the only person who will have access to it and I'll delete it when we're done. If you upload, you need to tell me when you've uploaded it.
