Customer Question

I apparently have a newer version of Excel than the one I am used to and I can't find the "chart" command.
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And what version of Excel are you using?
Customer: I have a Dell optiplex 790 and I am trying to use Excel 2010.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I just installed this Excel program in Microsoft Office
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That is all I can think of other than to complain that they improve things to the point that they can't be used! Mumble Mumble!
