Customer Question

When I open my 2007 Excel file and after I click [Enable macros], when I try to use one I get a message that they are disabled. I chatted with Microsoft people twice and still can't use my $()#%$( program.

Hello, Welcome to JustAnswer. This is Bing, I am reviewing your question.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your problem? Also please advise what "$()#%$( " program is. It seems like some wrongly decoded characters.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It is Excel 2007.
But it is working right now, so I cannot send a screen shot.
Maybe tomorrow it will start acting up again.

Good luck!

Hello.

Is it working or isn't it?

Are you sure you aren't just typing random keystrokes accidentally?

Things don't work, then not work, then work, then not work. Not in my experience . . .

Please advise. Thank you.
