I have a couple question regarding excel could you please

Hello there I have a couple question regarding excel could you please help me.
I have a excel work book with 2 sheets, the first sheet (induction sheet) is where I enter new rows for a new person for example name, company, phone and date of induction and wether it is expired or valid, when which I have the formulas for already and I update this information daily.
Now the tricky part is where I'm stuck!
The second sheet (sign on sheet) I have a slightly different set out but only the follwing information needed - name, company, phone in certain cells on each row.
formulas I am looking is the following.
1) I would like the information to automatically update on sheet 2 when I enter a new person in a row on sheet 1
2) I would like on sheet 2 to also highlight a certain color on a hole row if the word expired is shown in a cell on sheet one.
I have tried this on sheet 2 in a cell for example - =induction sheet 'E6
When I enter a new row and information in to it it won't automatically update.
I am lost here please help.
