I keep getting a security certificate invalid notice issued to * issued by symantic class 3 secure server CA-G4 which is not allowing me to go to my e-mail and I have also lost my Microsoft word

The best way to help you in s situation like this, would be to connect to your computer to SEE the error in action, and potentially fix the issue.


The fact you have lost access to your MS Word is very suspect, and reveals a bit as to the nature of this problem.....possibly a virus or trojan or malware.


I would start with doing a clean up of your system, and scan for nefarious issues.

YOu may have Anti-Vuris, and you may not......but either way, you can STILL get virus' happens.
