Windows 10 upgrade changed my decimal "dots" to decimal "commas".
How can I change Windows 10 or my computer to permit me to decimal "dots".
For various reasons the commas are a problem.

Hi there and welcome

Can you press the windows key + X and click on control panel

Then Clock, Language and Region

Then change date, time or number formats.

Then additional settings.

There set the Decimal back to .

Click ok and it will be saved and used throughout
