Customer Question

I recently purchased Office 365 which includes Windows 2016.
I am an attorney, and have a California Bar program which allows me to upload programs into Word for completion. When I was using Word 2010 it worked fine, but it will not work with 2016, which severly disrupts my practice.
Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm Wes, and I'll be assisting you today.

This issue happens often when upgrading. There are two options:

1. Check if the California Bar program has an update for Word 2016

2. If they do not have an update, then you will need to downgrade to Word 2010

I can check to see if the program you have has an updated version.

Please tell me the name of the software and I can verify what Word versions are compatible.

I was able to get the problem resolved by calling the State Bar technical resources department. 2016 could be used, but it is not as easy as it was earlier with 2010, but I did get the problem solved.
