Hello and welcome.

What version of Excel are you using?

Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

Are you planning on printing this?

You can go into File > Page Setup > Fit to to fit the worksheet into the page size you want, A4 for example.

If you want to skip that step and simply print press Ctrl+P and then make sure "Fit to page" is ticked

Depending on the version you have those steps will vary so let me know how you go with this and what version you're using.
