Hi Gunther,You choose the fee you wish to pay when you ask your question.To resolve the error you are getting, it may be caused by your computer's security if you are using 3rd party antivirus software such as Norton - it can block the changes, so try turning off your antivirus or disable it permanently then download and install the upgrades again, and re-enable your 3rd party antivirus software when the upgrades arecomplete.
