Never mind, I finally figured it out. I needed it ASAP and I been working on this since 6PM CST.
That's the code and I am so beyond relieved I got it as I need to have this finished by tomorrow at 7am.
What a birth.

Anyway, no problem now since I finally got it. HOURS later. I guess I am just a dumb to Excel formulas.
