Please go to the link below, click I agree, download and run Elsinore Client software, so that I can access your computer.
I apologize that I have lost the connection. have you tried logging in using a different account, or using your Hotmail/Live/outlook email address?
there is a section on the hard drive that stores all of your old information
i dont remember exactly how to get in there but if you right click on the drive in my computer
it should be under properties somewhere
there is a section that shows other sections of the drive
in there you will find the old copy of the drive and you can go to
users/ your name / my documents and find all of your stuff.
you can also search it for favorites.html to find your favorites list and import that
I can do it for you through remote access pretty easily.
My name is***** will help you too the best of my ability. MS warns against not backing up your files cause, of a flaw with the update. This is typical, since there are still bugs that have not been worked out till likely the first Service Pack. What you can do is download a application called Recuva and run it. Windows.old does not store old documents it stores old Windows.sys Files that were needed for Windows 7, so they will not be there.
