I opened a document I created in excel --- I want to modify

Customer Question

I opened a document I created in excel --- I want to modify it, but I can't access the tool bar across the top (File, Home, Insert, etc) It's Excel 2010. I just want to print it. It's not a 'read only' document or protected in any way.

If you press the alt key, does the toolbar show up?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not missing the toolbar - it just doesn't work. When I click on File, or Home, or Insert nothing happens.

Can I remotely connect to your computer, so I can troubleshoot this issue with you?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That's not allowed here. Any other options.
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

Without seeing your screen I'm not sure what the issue is.

I guess I'll have to try another option. I hope I don't get charged for this.
