The problem is with automatic scrolling and has nothing to do with colors.

Thanks for the feedback I know the problem is with the automatic scrolling on windows 10 but a lot off time the colors changes or the back ground changes and the window will automatic scroll to the top let see if this works for you.

Method 1: Run hardware and Device troubleshooter

  1. Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
  2. Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
  3. Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
  4. A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Hardware troubleshooter will detect minor issues and try to fix them, automatically.

Method 2: You can try installing the drivers in compatibility mode and check if this helps:

  1. Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
  2. Type compatibility in the search box and then press enter.
  3. Click “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” option from the list appeared in the left side.
  4. Select the drivers and install.
