I checked the link again and the embedded video there is a Youtube video. Can you watch Youtube videos on your Mac or not?

Hey Jess, Unhappy with your response. This has not helped me at all. You have not resolved the problem. Telling me to go view the video on YouTube is NOT A SOLUTION! I will be requesting a refund immediately.
