Was using outlook 2013...attempted to make a calendar entry and outlook froze then unable to reopen. message C:\Users\rtelaxed55\Documents\Outlook 2013 files\*****@******.*** cannot open file. I had this problem this earlier this morning
and Martin from JustAnswer fixed it but it's back
