How can I restore the toolbar on my Microsoft Outlook e-mail

Customer Question

How can I restore the toolbar on my Microsoft Outlook e-mail service. (Mysteriously, the "Date" "From" and "Subject" have all disappeared from the display!?!)
Thanks!! Kent Hewitt (*****@******.***)

Hi, and thank you for asking your question.

What's the version of Outlook, e.g. 2007, 2010, you are using?

May I set up a quick, secure remote session to check the issue now?

Please reply back using the Reply box below. Thank you.

First off, please close Outlook and then carry out the following steps:

Go to Start, and type in the following command in the search field:

outlook.exe /cleanviews

(Include a single space between outlook.exe and /cleanviews, but no space between / and cleanviews)

Press ENTER. Does the missing column show up all right this time?

Please reply back to me below. Thank you.
