I have restored my Samsung laptop o the date (2012) that I purchased it, which originally included Microsoft Office. I tried to reinstall same, with the license code provided, but received message code no acceptable. Can you please provide me with a license code that now works.

You can only use the license once per Microsoft, I am sorry to say. The only way to download now is to either get the free version, pay for a new version or contact Microsoft (hopefully the software was registered when you bought laptop) and let them know what happened. You can go here to do that: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus.

Once you contact them let them know that you reverted back to factory settings but the license will not let you put it in. They should give up an updated license or reset the one that you have now.
