HELLO, WE HAD A VIRUS INFECT OUR COMPUTER AND IT CHANGED ACCESS TO gOOGLE+. wE CANNOT REMEMBER ALL THE INFO TO RESET OUR PASSWRD AND UNLOCK THE ACCOUNT. oUR SON WAS JUST SENT OVERSEAS WITH THE MILITARY AND THIS IS A CRITICAL COMMUNICATION LINE FOR US, PLUS ALL OUR FAMILY PICTURES ARE STORED IN THE PHOTO SECTION. iS THERE ANY WAY YOU CAN HELP US?
