I can't open my messages. I can't open my inbox. It goes to an upgrade or the different types of payments. I haven't been able to do this since I started what's up?

ok, thats your internet provider, I will assume you use Internet Explorer.
Please do the following in Internet Explorer
Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options
Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.
Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset
Then restart the computer and tell me if you still have the problem.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Yes I don't my neighbor is at work right now. She gave me the number to get on her wifi. She's not homeI. I don't think it's the computer because it does the same thing at work on their wifi I did it McDonald's too so I don't know what's going on here but I want to hear your response before I get really upset and say things I shouldnt
