Looking i think should be a simple sorting

Customer Question

Looking for help for what i think should be a simple sorting formulated solution.
Needing a formulated solution to the problem of columns BR & BX not calculating the correct "lot #". Each lot should contain 6 coils. Some coils are designated by an "x" in the columns D,Q,AD...indicating that they are OS (offspec) and should be accounted
for between columns BW and BC.
