I am unable to crater and send an email message on windows live mail. I get a panel that says there is a problem. Try again. Been trying for 24 hours.

Close all programs.

Click Start, Control Panel, Programs, Uninstall a Program.

Select Windows Live Essentials 2011 and select change, then repair.

Let it complete, restart the computer and tell me if it is now functioning please.

Seemed to be going OK. Then lost internet access and the whole thing ground to a halt. Its been a long tiring day for me (I'm 84) is it OK if I just log off and start doing this as you suggest tomorrow?

Its no problem at all Derek, but it will be ok from now on.
