MS Access database w Dynamic Report

Customer Question

I have a MS Access database where I am creating a report from a CrossTab Query. I would like to have both the Report Column Labels and Detail fields Dynamically change based on a 12 month period select.

I have downloaded a file to work with on this issue.

I would like to Select a Starting Mo from a Combo box as listed in frmforecastinginfo.  Then, I would most likely click a button to generate rptDynamic.

In rptDynamic, I would like to have a Dynamic Range of 12 months.  This report is based off a crosstab query named qryDynamic.  The Column Headers, and Detail Section Control Sources will need to change based on the selected date from the Form.
