Using Win7. I accidentally moved PowerPoint from Start/all

Using Win7. I accidentally moved PowerPoint from Start/all programs/MS Office/ onto the desktop (I should have right clicked PowerPoint and then take “create shortcut”), how to move it from Desktop back into Start/all programs/MS Office/?

Hello Joe! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed computer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following:

  1. Right-click on the PowerPoint on the Desktop, then click on Copy (or Cut if you want to move from the Desktop; copy will create another copy)
  2. Click on Start, then click on All programs,
  3. Right-click on MS Office (or Microsoft Office), then click on Paste.

(You can always right-click and copy and paste any program shortcut.)

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you,
