Hi Richie,

I'm running out of space on the Windows side of my imac running Parallels. How can this be remediated?
Hi Catherine

How much space do you have free?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I'm down to 9.18 GB of 229 GB.

ok, then you will want to use Disk Cleanup to make sure the system is no unnecessarily using space.

To do this

Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start. In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.

In the Drives list, click the C drive, and then click OK.

In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the file types that you want to delete, and then click OK.

In the message that appears, click Delete files.

This will clean up files that are not needed.

The rest you will need to delete personal files, and uninstall programs to reduce space usage.

Let me know if you have any difficulties please

Thank you
