Hi, welcome and thank you for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I am glad to assist you today.

Is it possible that you can send to me a few sample data of the spreadsheet that you are working on? It will be easier for me to understand your problem with the sample Excel file where I can work on and then describe to you the process and the formula needed.

If this is possible, upload the file to No need to register there, just upload it and wait for the page to display the 6-digit File ID or download link. Then post the 6-digit File ID here when you reply so that I can get your sample file. More information on this link:

Please let me know so that I can help you further.

Best regards,

I have created the vlookup formula for you. Please download the modified file from this link:

The goal of the vlookup formula is to lookup the content of C2 (the name) in the table C8:H26 and then return the values of columns 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 respectively.

Please remember to rate my service positively (3-5 stars/faces) once you have all the information you need. Tips are always highly appreciated! Cool

If you have any other questions, please ask me or reply to me – I’ll be happy to respond.

Thank you!
