I've created a template that multiple parties use. When I get the template back from one particular user the a portion of the font has changed (Arial > Times New Roman). I then change it back (Times New Roman > Arial), save the document and everything appears fine. When I re-launch the document the font has changed back. I even replaced the text box that it's in and no joy. What's happening?
