attempting to enter MOO and was told not responding due to no XMC

Which year of Outlook do you have?

Have you attempted to restart your computer?

I think its 2007 Yes

Which operating system do you have? WIndows XP, Vista, 7, or 8?

Please close Outlook

Open Control Panel
Open Programs and Features
Click on Microsoft Office 2007 and select CHANGE
That should launch the Office Click to Run repair tool(ifit doesn't let me know what you see) After the repair, attempt to open Outlook again.

Unfortunately this did not work I had tried previously and it replied
cannot open outlook window Invalid XML cannot be loaded

How long ago did this start?

It started this morning no previous problems

Click the Start button . In the search box, type System Restore then press enter.

Choose a different restore point.
Select a date before the issue. (Click on Show more Restore points)
Follow the prompts to restore your computer
Your computer will restart, after the restart try again.
