Customer Question

Excel 2010 - today has said it "has stopped working" when I try to save my spreadsheet work.
It will sometimes save but most times the screen goes opaque, then the stopped working sign followed by another which says it is trying to recover my work though it may "take several minutes.
This is an important spreadsheet, I must make work!
