I have an excel file with text boxes incorporated in several sheets. When I try to open now excel crashes with air message "closing program". The recovered file has lost all formating and the text boxes. Microsoft Office noticed the constant crashing; did a dignostic and indicated that corrected several problems in the setup. Still the file crashes and the recovery has lost the format and precious information.

I need urgently to recover the file in it's original condition. Please HELP.

Sounds like there is some corruption in the file itself. Would you be able to send me the file so I can check it
Sorry we cannot use email here

Please go to and upload the file using the Browse button (no need to signup) then copy the "File ID" number (or the download link) that you will be given and paste it here in your reply.

The firewall in the office does not allow me to access the site. Can you give me an hour to get home to upload the file?

How will I reconnect with you in this site to post the file number?

Sure. Just post back when you're ready
