Hello Helen,

I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.

Are you using a Windows PC or a Mac?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I'm using a Windows PC. I'm sorry that I didn't respond sooner, but I played with the program for a while longer and found a "Browse" function and I was able to complete the mail merge. Thank you for following up on my question. I have a couple more mail merges to complete. I'll let you know if I continue to have problems. Helen
