Steve Herrod :

Hi, I'll be happy to help with this issue

Steve Herrod :

unfortunately, Microsoft don't allow any option to customise the week number

Steve Herrod :

which is very frustrating

Steve Herrod :

there are a couple of workarounds/options though

Steve Herrod :

the first would be to use something like the financial calendar available here and put relevant events in for the financial year

Steve Herrod :

and then choose the Export to Outlook option

Steve Herrod :

the second option is Microsoft's current response to the issue

Steve Herrod :

for reference, they have a KB article stating that it isn't possible here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/196567)

Steve Herrod :

but you could create an appointment for the start of each week beginning 1st April which explicitly states Week 1, Week 2 etc

Steve Herrod :

Using Excel you could quickly create a CSV for this and then import to the Outlook calendar

Steve Herrod :

Let me know how that goes

Steve Herrod :

Cheers
