Must have bee an up grade during the night, as all programs were closed. when i clicked on outlook it opened with an intro screen and I entered a email account to get in. Everything was gone.. However Excell was not affected

Its all back..... I noticed a window critical up date listed on the restore list, Could that have been the curprit?
