Welcome to

My name is Dustin, and I am here to help..

When you originally purchased office and power point.. From where did you purchase it from? Microsofts online store, somewhere else?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I'm pretty sure Office was purchased online by activating the software on the computer. Powerpoint also purchased about a month ago, I think also from Microsoft online.

You should be able to recover the product key then, and redownload the software.

Try these steps to recover t he product key

go to the microsoft store page

Theres a border at the bottom of that page..

on that border, it says account, click account.

then click downloads_ product keys.

it should show you a download link and a product key

Let me know if you run into any issues finding your key this way.. **note** your going to have to login to your microsoft store account above, with the same windows live account you used / created when you purchased the program!
